At the age of early nine he started playing harmonium and flute without knowing any details about music, that brought his interest deeper into music and latter inspired by A R Rahman’s music technology Vikas received attention from Dr APJ Abdul KalamAjad, President of India in year 2004 regarding synchronization of FM transmission in India. He further started his quest of sound technology by pursuing higher education in the niche area of sound design.
He has participated in many cultural activities under SangeetNatakAkademi Jodhpur to develop sound for theatre during 2005 to 2008. In the year 2013 he has designed and built state of art recording studio for Virtual Planet Production Ltd. in Jaipur and at present serving the academia at the heart of education city Oxford at an international college he is developing a new course purely based on sound along with the teaching responsibilities.
